Eccoci arrivati al momento del montaggio del nuovo insieme motore-cambio nella scocca della GT6R. La piastra anteriore è originale "factory" e il cambio un T2000 senza OD. Tutto bene anche se devo costruire una piastra di fissaggio del cambio.

We arrived at the assembly of the new engine-gearbox with the chassis of GT6R. The front plate is original "factory" and the gearbox is a T2000 without OD. All OK even if I build a plate fixing the gearbox to chassis.

Ecco lo stampo del fiberglass roof panel

Dopo i vari processi di lavorazione, abbiamo proceduto alla rimozione delle conchiglie che faranno da stampi per il nuovo fiberglass hardtop. Il tecnico specialista, ha deciso di produrre lo stampo in 3 parti, al fine di ottenere una perfetta copia anche dei montanti laterali.
After the various processes, we proceeded to remove the shells that will be new molds for the fiberglass hardtop. The technical specialist, has decided to produce the mold in 3 parts, in order to get a perfect copy of the two side also including bars on windows.

Guardate come è conciata la GT6R; questo lavoro per poter produrre lo stampo che mi consentirà di ottenere una copia perfetta del famoso "Works fiberglass roof panel" versione rally delle ADU 5-6-7B.
